COVERAGE SALONE DEL MOBILE 2013. JEAN NOUVEL, UFFICIO DA ABITARE.

During my coverage at the SALONI DEL MOBILE 2013, I been surprised by the big installation of Jean Nouvel´s COSMIT COMMISIONED PROJECT.He explores new spaces adapted to different context in offices. Mostly we have to consider the case that we expend most of our life in offices, so this spaces has to be functional and livable.Jean Nouvel explain it better:Once we rejected cloned and alienating spaces, it becomes clear that there are many possible solutions. I have always been struck by the repetitiveness and anonymity of the office world: serried ranks of of identical offices blocks, all over the world.My concept of this exhibit takes the form of a small district, a small town. Office for a living as a series of individual work scenarios. Neither a utopia or a showroom, nor a collection or a exceptional pieces: the offices represent ordinary, often existing situations, containing office furniture produced in the main by the manufactures exhibit at the SALONE.
